Shipping

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We are exploring shipping options and will update this soon

When will I receive my shipment?

Shipping times do not include processing times and start when the shipping courier has received the package. Orders will not be processed until we have received credit card verification and authorization.

Free Shipping (Standard)

PLEASE NOTE: USPS tracking does not update live and as a result does not necessarily reflect the most up to date status of your shipment.

We cannot guarantee shipping times, average shipping times for the mainland USA are 7-14 business days (not including order processing times, weekends or holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 10am PST, weekends, or holidays will not be shipped until the next business day.

Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days)

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10am PST will be delivered within 2-4 business days. We cannot guarantee orders placed after 10am PST will be processed same day.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories

Free shipping is not available on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories. Allow up to 10-30 business days (not including order processing times, weekends or holidays) for delivery.

Military Addresses (FPO / APO)

Shipments to military addresses are delivered via USPS and the Military Postal Service and can take up to 8 to 10 business weeks for delivery (not including weekends and holidays).

Post Office Boxes

Shipments to P.O. boxes must be delivered by USPS and usually take approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, military, and rural addresses?

Yes! Please choose free standard shipping for P.O. boxes and rural addresses, as we cannot guarantee expedited delivery times to these locations.

All FPO/APO orders are shipped with USPS and transferred to the U.S. Military Postal Service (MPS) for delivery. While USPS provides a tracking number as a reference they are not always able to provide live updates. If you haven't received your order within 10 weeks, please reach out to us so we can assist further.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Store Credit or Exchange - Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund - Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size in the SAME STYLE only or store credit. Items in our Last Chance collection are final sale and are not returnable.

Please note that all garments need to be in original condition. YureiAbbie.com will not accept returns or exchanges if:

• The item has been worn or washed.
• The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odours.
• The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes.
• There are alterations or modifications of any kind.
• Tags are removed, altered or damaged.

This will be verified by our distribution center before a return can be processed. 

Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping and duty charges. 

How do I process a return or exchange?

NOTE: Our distribution center cannot process any return that does not have a return authorization number.

Please email YureiAbbie@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In the email, include your Client Reference Number from your order confirmation email or the packing list, and list the item(s) you are returning, the styles and sizes you are exchanging for, or let us know if you would like to receive a store credit.

Is there a restocking fee?

A restocking fee may apply for any return if the product is not in new condition (such as deodorant stains), or the item is missing the product tag. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, or refuse a refund or exchange for any item that does not meet the requirements stated in our Return/Exchange Policy.

Pre-sales / Pre-order

When will my pre-sale / pre-order item(s) ship?

Pre-sale or pre-order items are item(s) that haven't been released yet or are out of stock. All orders made as a pre-sale/pre-order will ship once that item comes back in stock or upon product release.

What is your exchange policy on pre-sales / pre-order items?

If you would like to exchange a pre-sale / pre-order item, we would be happy to accommodate an exchange provided we have the inventory. Please email our customer service YureiAbbie@gmail.com
